1.	If clicking the link fails by returning a blank page, Right Click the link and click Save Target As.
2.	Reports are in Adobe PDF format. This is probably already on your computer. If not, download a free copy of Adobe Reader 7.
3.	Some document pages appear sideways. With Adobe Reader 7, simply click the 'rotate' button to orient the page correctly. Very quick & easy.
4.	If you have a dial-up connection, give the document time to download. The finance reports are fairly large. If you look at the bottom of the Adobe Reader, you'll see page 1 of ?. That'll give you an idea of the download time.
